UK born now residing in Holland, Anthony is considered to be one of the best and most active performance bartenders currently living in the Netherlands. Known for his original moves and unique style, Anthony was crowned the Havana Club World Flair champion in 2008 and is always a top contender in some of the worlds most prestigious bartending competitions competing against some of the best bartenders in the world.

Anthony has trained many bartenders all over the globe and continues to do so as a trainer at Europe’s largest bartending school the Bols Bartending Academy in Amsterdam. In late 2008 Anthony opened the Underground Flair Space in the heart of Amsterdam, it offers a place for bartenders hone their skills before taking the next step to competition. It was for this reason Anthony started the Underground Flair League (UFL) in 2009, which runs every 2 months and attracts some of the best flair bartenders in the world. The idea being to give Dutch based bartenders the opportunity to challenge themselves against the top talent.
